Ingredients

  • For Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Bourbon Glaze
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp ground mustard

Directions

  • 1Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper.
  • 2Put all bourbon glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 12 min. Glaze salmon.
  • 3Preheat a grill to medium-high. Add the salmon on the grill; cook, turning once, until browned on the outside and opaque in the center, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
  • 4Place the salmon fillet on top of avocado and tomato puree (optional).
  • 5Garnish with pea sprouts. Enjoy!
